After you have confirmed your booking, there is a 25% BOOKING DEPOSIT, with the rest (75%) due eight weeks before your stay. There is also a SECURITY DEPOSIT, that needs to be paid 7 days before your arrival, by direct bank transfer. These deposits can be paid here. – thank you kindly.

Seven Seas: We had a great time at Emmy’s house. The kids loved the playroom and the location is perfect for popping to the beach. It’s in a very residential area – so definitely not a party house (but ideal for us with with small children).
